The Ask:
Deliver a full digital rollout for a major Canadian broadcast series. Over 150 custom video assets needed to be produced, versioned, and delivered across network platforms with speed, polish, and story cohesion at the core. 

Our Process:

We repurposed long-form content into emotionally-driven micro-stories, using a system that let story editors and editors work in sync for speed and scale.​

The Result: 
Delivered 150+ platform-ready assets on time, helping extend the show’s impact beyond broadcast and setting a new benchmark for digital rollouts tied to linear TV.

Canada's Got Talent [Seasons 1 - 4]

The Breakdown: 

Delivered nine hours of prime-time TV per season with a lean team of 6 editors and 3 story editors.

Our Process:

A custom workflow and 8-minute review system kept edits sharp, reduced notes, avoided burnout, and hit every deadline.

 

​The Result:
Four seasons delivered on schedule, with minimal revisions and a sustainable, scalable model now used as a blueprint.
