FAQ

How much does a typical video edit cost?
It depends on the scope but here’s a ballpark:
Social edit (15–60 sec): $750–$2,000
Branded video (1–3 min): $2,000–$6,000
Corporate/training video (3–10 min): $3,500–$8,000+
Series episode (TV or doc-style): $8,000–$15,000+
Final pricing depends on length, complexity, review rounds, and whether you need extras like motion graphics, subtitles, multiple outputs, or story consulting. We’re happy to quote based on a sample brief.
Do you only work with clients in Toronto?
We're proudly Canadian but not at all. We’re based in Toronto, but we work with agencies, brands, and creators across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. Our workflow is remote-ready and timezone-friendly.
Can you jump into a project that’s already underway?
Absolutely. Whether you’re mid-campaign, behind on edits, or switching vendors, we can step in and help get things back on track quickly.
What if we don’t have a clear brief or script?
No problem. We can help you shape the story with assembles and our earlier review process. Just send us what you have, and we’ll guide from there.
How long does a typical project take?
For social and short-form branded videos, we usually turn around first cuts within 1–2 business days. Larger projects (like corporate videos or episodes) typically take 5–8 days depending on scope. Rush timelines are available when needed.
Do you use AI tools in your editing process?
We don’t rely on AI to cut your story. But we have access to the best AI tools out there and we use them when they help (like transcription, versioning, cleaning up audio). But when it comes to the actual cut, it’s always human editors crafting the story. Because your audience is human and great editing still takes human instinct, timing, and taste.
Do you shoot the videos too, or just edit?
We’re a post-production team so we focus exclusively on editing and finishing. If you need a shooter or full production support, we’re happy to recommend trusted partners we collaborate with regularly.
